Dirty Chai Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 OZ Santa
    Familia Tequila
  • ¾ OZ Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 OZ Freshly
    Brewed Espresso
  • ¾ OZ Chai Tea Simple Syrup
  • Garnish: Dash of
    Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

Shake well with ice and double strain with
fine mesh strainer.

Chai Tea Simple Syrup

  • 32 OZ Water
  • 32 OZ Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • Pinch of Cloves (Optional)
Add sugar and water to pot on medium heat. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Add tea bags, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out tea bags and spices and store in an airtight container.
